Delivery and Shipping Information

Delivery Time

Unless a different delivery period is specified in the respective product listing, the standard delivery time within Germany is generally 2 to 3 business days from the conclusion of the contract and receipt of payment.

For firearms requiring a permit and other items subject to an acquisition permit (EWB), the delivery period begins only once all legally required documentation and supporting documents have been received in full and verified by us. Such items are shipped exclusively via DHL Ident Weapons Shipping.

Freight Forwarding Items

Some items are shipped by freight forwarding company due to their size or weight. In such cases, the delivery date will be arranged directly between you and the appointed freight forwarding company.

Information on Delivery Times

The estimated delivery time is displayed during the ordering process and will be confirmed again in your order confirmation. If you have provided an email address, you will also receive information regarding the processing status of your order, as well as shipping and delivery confirmations.

Delivery Delays

If delivery is delayed due to unavailable goods or other unforeseeable circumstances, we will inform you without undue delay about the expected delivery time.

Partial Deliveries

Where reasonably acceptable to you, we reserve the right to make partial deliveries. No additional shipping costs will be charged to you as a result. You will be informed accordingly if a partial delivery is made.

Shipping Service Provider

Once your order has been fully processed, the goods will be handed over to the relevant shipping service provider as soon as possible. We have no influence over delays caused by the shipping service provider after the goods have been handed over.

Shipment Tracking

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping service provider, you will receive a shipping confirmation including a tracking number, where available, allowing you to track the current status of your shipment.

Personal collection of your order is possible by prior appointment.
