Information on the Acquisition of Firearms Requiring a Permit

The acquisition of firearms requiring a permit, essential firearm components and ammunition requiring a permit is subject to a valid acquisition authorisation in accordance with the German Weapons Act (Waffengesetz).

Please send us the required documentation only after completing your order. Shipment will take place exclusively after all required documents have been received in full and successfully verified.

Firearms requiring a permit are shipped exclusively within Germany via DHL Ident Weapons Shipping or another comparable shipping method permitted by law.

Firearms that do not require an acquisition permit, as well as other age-restricted items, are shipped exclusively in compliance with the applicable statutory requirements. Depending on the product, an age or identity verification may be required.
